REO Offer Guidelines for Selling Agents

In order to make this transaction as smooth as possible, I am providing you with information so that you and your buyer are aware of what is involved in purchasing an REO property. I manage a high number of properties and receive a lot of phone calls, and this will not only make it more efficient for me, but provide a quick answer to the most common questions.

If you still have questions, please understand that you will get the fastest response if you use email. I know many agents still seem to want to discuss their questions via the telephone. I respect that, but I must emphasize that you will get the fastest, most accurate, written response by sending me an email. We handle many calls per day and so many calls just clogs the system and fill up the voicemail, further delaying and preventing those call who need true attention. About 99% of the questions asked on a daily basis are answered in this document.

This document must be signed by the Selling Agent and returned with the submission of all offers. Items of special note are in bold and highlighted text!
